Our Aim

Our aim is simple. We want people to get the best out of themselves, the teams they're in and the individuals they work with - whether that's in Sport...Business...or Life.

We believe that everyone can succeed in their chosen field and that we can provide the thinking, techniques and enthusiasm needed to help bring that success to the forefront.

We live, breathe and exist in Sport. As such we have drawn from our experience and knowledge gained from high performing individuals and teams to provide quality development programmes, workshops, and individual coaching for the 'mental side' of life. 

You can take full certification courses in Neuro-Linguistic Programming as we specialise in High Performance NLP Training for Sport and Business, and we also run short courses in Time Line Therapy™ and Ericksonian Hypnosis too. We're particularly keen on having fun and enjoying life, as anyone who has trained with us will tell you!  After all, fun and enjoyment is a key component of learning, so fun and enjoyment is a key component of what we do.

Now, back to Sport. Of course, we realise that not everyone shares our passion for Sport, and that's not important, at least not for our business programmes anyway. What is important is that you share a passion and committment for being the best you can be - because with that, we can all go far.

Based on our clients and the feedback they provide, we like to think we are the Premier sport specific NLP provider, as our programmes are based on contemporary Sport Psychology application and research, combined with the powerful and easily applied techniques and strategies encompassed within NLP. This not only means that you are getting a programme based on tried and tested information, you're also getting cutting edge applications that make the difference in relation to how we go about getting what we want from life.

Because we like a bit of variety, and after all, who doesn't, we also tailor programmes to your particular group needs, such as the work we do for UK Sport on their Elite Coach Development Programme, or the training we designed for Prudential PLC to help their Sales Force do their job to the best of their ability.
