Coach Education and CPD
Many people in sport now realise that it's not enough to be just technically and tactically knowledgeable as a coach, manager or trainer. To be really successful you need to be good with people and have a practical, hands-on understanding about where, when and how to apply psychology to get great results.
The question often faced by coaches is how to develop and manage the dynamic skills and Emotional Intelligence required when leading and managing others, to consistently perform at high levels and stay ahead of the game, whilst still acknowledging the values and requirements of the individual?
Training in NLP is an ideal platform from which to develop these essential skills.
NLP offers an integrated approach that assists coaches in developing competencies that are the ‘glue' holding everything else together. Without these skills, coaches may be technically and tactically excellent, but without the ability to deliver to, and develop these skills within their athletes, they are highly likely to be operating below their capabilities.
Of course, there are lots of great coaches who have some or all of these abilites, and these are the people we model to add their know-how into our mix, to give you NLP and Sport Psychology courses that deliver proven, effective and useable tools and techniques to help you be as good as you can be ....
So, just stop for a moment, and ask yourself the following:
How useful would it be in your coaching to know....
-
How to communicate more effectively, to enhance your ability to coach, train, manage and succeed?
-
How to recognise and coach people with different types of motivation and learning styles?
-
How to set goals that are achievable to motivate your teams and individual athletes?
-
How to understand and 'unlock' problems faced by your athletes
-
How to develop and use states of Confidence, Composure and Concentration?
-
How to deal with doubts, worries, limiting beliefs and negative emotions that get in the way of performing at our peak?
-
How to achieve more consistent and sustained results over time?
-
How to use imagery, relaxation and 'The Zone' states?
-
How to develop the 'right' Mindset and lay the foundations to encourage a culture of positivity and success?
