Hypnotherapy One-to-One

Hypnosis sessions are available for a number of different issues, ranging from stop smoking sessions, anxiety control, exam nerves, sport performance, fear of public speaking, phobias ... in fact hypnosis can be used in many areas and ways to allieviate some of the unwanted behaviours and feelings that many people may experience at some point in their lives.

We will give you an honest opinion about whether we feel there is someone here who can help you, and if we can't, we'll do our best to recommend someone who can. We adhere to the code of ethics of the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy and the British Psychological Society so you can be assured that your call will be treated with respect and confidentiality at all times

Personal Coaching

Sometimes you know what you want, sometimes you don't... and when you don't, life can seem very confusing and disheartening at times.

Working with a Performance Coach can help you clarify what you want to achieve - in all areas of your life, not just in sport. Coaching can help you identify the skills and resources you possess, and how you can put those to their best advantage. It is also there to help you remove any obstacles or barriers getting in your way, so that the pathway towards success is as clear and direct as can be.

Performance coaching is not counselling or psychotherapy. Neither is it about telling you what to do - it's about working with you, over an agreed period of time, encouraging you to find out for yourself what it is that you want for your own personal development plans.
