Steve is not only a practitioner and master practitioner of NLP, an Olympic coach and father to 3 – he’s also the face of Inside Performance in South Africa and New Zealand!

We initially meet Steve when he was completing the UK Sport Elite Coach Programme, alongside Chris Boardman, Karen Brown, Kate Hoey and Nigel Redman and Louise was delivering to the group. Impressed with what he discovered, Steve went on to complete the Sport Practitioner in 2007, completing the Master Practitioner in 2013 after the London Olympics.

Following his retirement from British Diving after the Olympics, Steve and his wife (and athlete, Monique Gladding, nee McCarroll) went to her native South Africa to explore new opportunities. Setting up ‘Inside Performance’ in SA and now New Zealand is a great opportunity for Steve and for us, and we couldn’t be more delighted that Steve is as excited about this new venture as we are!
